Add Backward Compatibility Section to 9.0 Release Note?

We are making strategies for upgrading our clients sites to 9.0.

I’ve noticed that 9.0 release note is missing backward compatibility section.

Like back in 8.3.0, you had backward compatibility section.

Obviously, Bootstrap 5 has backward compatibility issue, if you customize dashboard UI, it may likely to have backward compatibility issue.

But it will be nice to have the section especially in the back-end, like I can already see that process.php in the release note.

When we upgrade individual sites, release note is a good check-list to lookout.

Good idea. I’ve asked Andrew to do this.

Based on this issue Andrew tracks these changes, but it might not hurt to revive that issue to ensure all the breaking changes for version 9 are well documentated.
