Caching - nginx or concrete's built in cache

I recently moved to a new hosting site that offers nginx caching. Are there any performance advantages of using nginx caching versus the caching built into concrete5? I assume that the management of the site would become onerous if both systems are running.

@dgreer I’m not familiar with nginx caching in particular, but there are lots of caching options available to speed up a Concrete CMS site. It is possible to use both Concrete caching with a CDN or other caching system. The important thing to keep in mind, as you noted, is how that affects the ability to edit and maintain the site.
