Trying to set up a feedback form that will store responses, but I only have the option to send them to an email. Is there a way to not send them to email and store them locally?

@paigebr97 There could be permissions set up or compliance reasons to only allow email sending in email. Are there any results in Dashboard > Reports > Form Results
Hi @jessicadunbar , no there are no results in the dashboard
I can see successful form submissions in the site logs and export that data though but that’s not ideal
