Copy language feature issue since update to v9.1.1

Hello,

I’ve updated my website to v9.1.1 and now when I copy my main language to another language, ConcreteCMS duplicate all the sitemap instead of copy only the missing pages on the selected language (as in previous versions).

Can someone help me?

Hi Michael,
Are you able to run a page report to show pages that have or have not been associated? Can you help me replicate this with the exact steps so we can determine if this is a bug? What version of PHP are you using?
