# Correction on v9 docs configuration management page

in the [configuration management page](https://documentation.concretecms.org/9-x/developers/security/configuration-management#heading-14) the examples reference setting `CONCRETE_ENV` but the codebase still uses `CONCRETE5_ENV`

The 8.x branch docs do mention `CONCRETE5_ENV`: [Environment Specific Variables/Config :: Concrete CMS](https://documentation.concretecms.org/developers/framework/configuration-and-keyvalue-storage/environment-specific-variables)

Branding changed around the 9.0 releases, but I’ll check the codebase to see when its use actually changed.
