When ever i try to add a new form - and add new Fields i get an error box
Unable to retrieve active field set from session.
So i can’t use forms? this seems to be a rather large issue bug?
Any ideas?

Did you try to log out and back in again, it does seem like your just having an issue with the current login session. Try doing this in incognito mode in your browser to make sure that all the cookies are cleared

it was chrome using devlopment mode triggering the error. Once i used another browser and login session it seems to be workgin correclty now.
It seems if you use devlopment mode enabled on chrome it can cause some issue.
