Is there yet any documentation about the new Group types functionality? What might be the use cases for it? And what does the “manager” option mean on group type role?
I’m also little confused when to use group sets or folders or parent/child groups. I’ve used parent groups, but I’m not sure what would be the difference if I’d make groups in folders or sets?

@mandakos A good use case is a site that may have its own “team” with a manager, and editor for each department. Managers can approve and add users.
A Multilingual site for example, it’s possible to have a team for each country (group type), manager and editor. A School district might have for each school with its on team of editors.
