Home page redirects to login page

I’m an EXTREME NEWBIE using 9.3.9
I don’t know what PHP I’m using, but I’m managing my site via cpanel.

I’m experiencing an error where anyone visiting my page e.g. mypage. com is redirected to the CMS login page e.g. mypage. com/index.php/login (see screenshot attached). It’s not possible to view mypage. com/blog or any other pages without logging in.

How do I fix this? I’ve tried a couple of things on the help site e.g. ‘disabling welcome screen’ etc but to no avail.

fwiw I’ve contacted my hosting provider who are saying this is a concrete issue that I need to solve myself

Login and got to the Full Sitemap and see if the Permissions on that page include “Guest” if not, add that and the site will be publicly accessible.
