How to get to 9.0.1 from 9.0.0

Installed 9.0.0 just fine… It says I am current, yet 9.0.1 is out there. How do I get the site updated to 9.0.1 ?

Here linuxoid suggested a way to update to new version:

I always upgrade by replacing the concrete folder. It takes 1 min and never failed. I find it’s the easiest and fastest way. On both home computer and remote hosting. BACKUP Upload new version zip to server Unzip Replace existing ‘concrete’ folder with new Refresh any site page 1 min total for steps 1-4!

Thanks, but why does Version 9.0.0 not see the 9.0.1 update ?
I am getting the same result from 2 different installations…

Update, I tried your suggestion. On one website, it worked fine and on another it caused a folder in a totally unassociated directory to be totally wiped!!! Why does version 9.0.0 not see 9.0.1 as an update available?
