New To Concrete CMS - Two Initial Questions

Hi,

Looking to use Concrete CMS on my website.
I have been playing with it on a local web server for a few days.

I have two initial questions:
(1) Is there support for “This Site Uses Cookies” dialog?(I think this is required now?)
(2) Is there support for full screen background?

Everything looks great in this CMS, glad to find it…

There are couple free and paid add-ons available at the marketplace.
You can pick and choose your preferences

(Sorry some add-on are not what you are looking for)

(2) Is there support for full screen background?

There are several ways of “full screen background”.
It’s really depends on which themes you are using or you will be building.

But the Concrete CMS V9’s default theme Atomik come with full screen background option.
You can install with Atomik content enabled & see it yourself.

try this one - Cookie Control from CIVIC | CIVIC UK - easy to implement, and after setting cookies it does what it should do (my suggestion, do it in GTM)

Hi,

Sorry, but I switched to “Atomik” theme but don’t see a background?
Where would I set the background image?

Put the page into Edit Mode, click the Page Header area and Add A Block, choose the Hero Image block and fill it in to suit yourself.
Play around with the height setting to see the effect, start at 100 and reduce if you require something not so tall.

Hi,

I tried the above, but the image only shows in the header area?
Need the entire webpage to have background image.
