# Next and previous block

How do you turn off the page icon and date in the text previous block please?

I just need the text links nothing else.

That would be very simple:

make a file named **text\_links\_prev\_next.php** in:

/application/blocks/next\_previous/templates/ **text\_links\_prev\_next.php**

Contents of that file:

if you want, style it like:

_.next-previous-nav.text-links-only a {  
text-decoration: none;  
color: red;  
}_

_.next-previous-nav.text-links-only a:hover {  
text-decoration: underline;  
}_
