Upgrade and how to remove " Build with Concrete5 CMS" and "Log In"

Hello,
I am using Concrete5 version 8.5.9 and PHP version 7.4.

In previous I was on version 8.5.4 then after logging in, it displays the latest version is 8.5.9 and now when I have upgraded to version 8.5.9 then after logging in it displays the latest version is 9.1.2?

Here’s some confusion, can I again upgrade to version 9.1.2 or not?

Next: After the successful upgrade, in footer section, it displays with links " Build with Concrete5 CMS" and " Log In".
Here I want to remove " Log In " link.

Please help to fix this issue.
Thanks

@Emilia_Mh You can find what version your site is using by heading over to:
Dashboard > System & Settings > Environment > Environment Information

What version does it say there?
Thank you,
