V9: blocks not getting installed anymore

I don’t know what happened, I can only think of upgrading from v9.0.0 to v9.0.1, but some of my packages I’ve tested in v9.0.0, which installed and worked perfectly well, now stopped installing blocks which are part of the packages.

Anyone noticed that? Not all, but only some packages. This is really weird. The packages get installed, no errors, nothing, I can see the packages in the Dashboard, but no blocks!

When I click on Details for the package, there’s nothing there. Searching for the blocks does nothing. There are no blocks in the Block Types.

What could that be? Was there anything done in v9.0.1 in that area?

What happens is I have a package which installs a few blocks. I have other packa…ges either already installed or not installed but available, all of them install blocks. So the problem is the following: 1. Package 1 with blocks installed, blocks installed - all good 2. Install another packages with blocks, all blocks installed - all good 3. Go to Extend Concrete > package 1 Details > select any block type > click Refresh 4. IF the other previously installed packages have NOT been uninstalled, all their blocks are there - all good 5. BUT if you uninstall any of the above packages and then reinstall them - their block do NOT get installed (!) So there's the problem with step #3 - it seems refreshing one package block stuffs up the block type tables in the DB and then when other packages try to get reinstalled something's preventing their block installation. I've done that 3 times - every time I get this problem. However, if a package has not been installed before step #3 refreshing, then its blocks get installed fine. Deleting all packages, deleting all the packages and their blocks DB tables and then reinstalling makes it all work again. Until I refresh any of the package blocks again. There's gotta be a bug somewhere with the refresh functionality.
