I’ve been using Concrete5 since 2012 and had 17 sites registered. Now it says that I joined in 2021 and have only one site registered. What is the problem… My account is totally messed up. The “Contact Us” gave me "Thanks for approaching us! We will get this in front of the right person and be in touch shortly. " I’ve been waiting two days…

Can you let me know what contact form you used to reach out? I’m not seeing a ticket in our support queue, so I want to make sure everything is working correctly there.
