Accounting vouchers against the cart AND shipping

V2.4.2 - Is there any chance to put the deduction of a voucher/discount against the items in the cart AND the shipping costs? I only find the options shipping costs OR items in the cart.
Would be helpful if somebody sends a gift voucher so the person receiving the gift doesn’t have to pay shipping for their own gift.

I’ve never used the Community Store, but I’d guess you just need to modify the calculations to include the option of both subtotal and shipping along with the code where that is set…
