I’m building a single page site and using anchors and a text block for a nav. I’ve set the anchor using the one in the editor and “Empty Anchor” with no luck . All I get when I try to setup the link is

If this is the anchor list in the standard Content block, which uses CKEditor, that list is only going to show anchors from the currently edited block, and not across the full page.
I found it !!.. (I need more coffee)…for it to work do this
highlight the text to link and click on the link icon.
Link type is URL
Protocol is https…
URL is %pagename%/index.php?cID=[page ID number]#{anchor name}
