Do you plan to add a customization to this theme (Atomic)?
Is there a chance that it could be accessed like Elemental (after clone and preparing by Cloneamental, or Elemental Cloner), outside the core?
The theme should be customizable with the new customization engine: Version 9 Sneak Peak: Theme Customization - YouTube
No one has extracted it and made it a standalone theme like Cloeamental yet, but there’s no reason why someone can’t. I’m not aware of anyone working an that yet, though.
