I failed to update to 9.4.1, so I restored the config folder and database from 9.3.9 before the update.
When I access the site, I get the following error.
Attempt to assignproperty"cPathFetchIsCanonical"on null
Please advise if you know how to deal with this.

I’m not sure exactly where it was, but it started appearing after I replaced the config folder.

Changed the recovery of the Config folder from updating the files to replacing them.
I’m not sure what the difference is, but I think “concrete.php” couldn’t be recovered.
