Does Concrete 5 have automatic email confuscation as part of their form block?

You might want to use the free addon:

does the job very well, on the whole site.

Also the form blocks don’t show emails

…and unless you want to get blacklisted as a spammer, don’t put the recipient’s email into any form. It’s trivial to replace that with something else and then you’ve got yourself an open mail relay.
