That Template it’s sure not a straight forward job to integrate in ConcreteCMS, Not at all.
The only one who might be able to help you, in my opinion, is this company here: http://6tematik.fr
None else would achieve that goal, in my opinion.

I think that’s a bit harsh!!
My observation would be that you can put any temple or design on the Concrete CMS.
I have done it many, many times.
The issue you will face is how customisable/flexible do you want it and whether that fits the amount you willing to pay!

thank you all for your feedbacks – i would definitely also choose another theme but the ones in the „shop“ just look a bit outdated…
i will you ask for an offer to see where we are pricing wise 
should we look rather for a theme thats based on bootstrap 5 or 6!?
Adding to @TMDesigns’ points, also how long you want it to keep it for and what kind of business or campaign it will be fronting.
A highly animated and interactive theme may be very fashionable, but can soon look tired and very last year. Such themes can also score very badly for accessibility and could be inappropriate for many projects. My very personal perspective is that such animation heavy themes are design exercises to sell the animation skills of the developer. Visitors to most sites generally want information, not fluff.
On the technical side, many marketplace themes are Bedrock and/or Bootstrap5. But that is not exclusive. There are some very successful themes which use completely different frameworks and many custom themes that are scafolded from scratch.
If we are getting into the philosophy of themes rather than just posting a gig, perhaps you should also tell us what kind of business or campaign the site is for and how long it needs to last.
