C5.6.4.0 Search block not working

I have added the default search block to the page and chosen just the page to search (‘pages under this page’). But when I test it I got nothing found.

Any ideas please?

Has the index job been run recently?
Is there data in the PageSearchIndex table?

Excuse my ignorance but how do I index the page to allow search?

There should be a job in the jobs section of the dashboard to reindex content.

It seems jobs are now called Tasks (in version 9.0).
