C5 v9 add Custom CSS impossible

Hi,

I go to Dashboard/Themes and Pages/Elemental/Preview and Customize/Edit there is a switch to add and edit custom css, but the CUSTOM CSS modal it’s empty, there is no textarea, just the dialog frame. Tested on v8 but there’s no issue with this.

Add an html block to your page and put your style sheet in there. The page is updated when you save the block and you can see your changes. Put it in the header for all pages and in the page for one. Works great.
