Calendar visability by some viewers

Why can some visitors on our website see calendar items on calendar (in red) and others get a blank calendar?

What do you have the permissions set to?

Hi Jessica,

On Site Access under Permissions & Access on the Dashboard, “Public” is checked under Viewing Permissions. Viewing is random by people on both PC and Mac, both IOS and Android. Not sure why some people can see all the calendar events on the calendar and others cannot. A link to the calendar on our website is Events :: Fresno Art Museum. The events that have been posted on the home page are viewable by all, but we have a number of things that are not posted, like when we’re closed on days we would normally be open.

If visibility is rather random, it’s probably because of the way you configured the Concrete cache: try turning off the page cache.

Thank you for the suggestion. I turned it off. People are still getting random results-- some see the calendar entries, some don’t – on all sorts of different devices and browsers. I have suggested that they might clear their personal cache in their browser. Not sure if that will work or not.

Have you tried clearing the Concrete cache too?
