Cannot connect to marketplace

I am getting intermittent access to the market place and not sure where to start to debug this issue

Unable to connect: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 2001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received (see libcurl - Error Codes) for https://dl.market.concretecms.com/concrete/connect?csiURL=https%3A%2F%2Firtuxegq.a2hosted.com&csiName=PRO+DIVE&csiVersion=9.3.5&ms=0

I’ve the same problem: cannot connect ot marketplace. Just startet with this interesting cms and as fast as fate could be the first problem. Hmm… Help please! :wink:

@EvanCooper I am also receiving the error and told that CURL is not enabled on the server when it is. I have tried to replace the key/secret ke y. I receive the config success message but it still gives me this error: Error: General Connection Failure

This site cannot connect to the Concrete marketplace. Ensure curl is enabled on your web server.

Help please!! (I am having strange errors with content blocks ‘not finding page’ when I am on it, etc.

Hi Evan (and others) - this is still persisting for me at 9.2.8 (need to update to 9.3.5) but I cannot get this to connect to the marketplace. Can you give me any guidance on this?

The most reliable way for you to update to 9.3.5 would be to copy the 9.3.5.zip file from Concrete Version Archive :: Concrete CMS - Org
and extract that file into your root/updates folder and then do the upgrade from the dashboard,
