Can't edit the output of any PageType

I’m trying to set up some defaults for a PageType, in particular I’m configuring block content on a Blog PageType. However, I’ve discovered that when I attempt to edit the Output, I’m not presented with any ability to edit anything.

I’m using v8.5.9, and here is what I’m presented with:

This is only happening on this installation of Concrete. I have the same version running on another account and I can edit the PageTypes just fine.

Any thoughts on how I can get the functionality to show up?

Are you logged in as the SuperUser (uID = 1)? For some reason ConcreteCMS has it setup so that’s the only user who can edit Page Type Defaults.

Thanks for that tip. That possibility came to me as I was drifting off to sleep last night.
