Changing Form Messages

Is there an easy way to change these texts (attached) to German or Italian?
I just found it for an old version of Concrete.

Did you install Italian and/or German language from dashboard?

i have only german installed?! it’s the language we mainly need:

In the Dashboard, go to System & Settings > Multilingual > Translate Site Interface.
