Check Page Cache Settings runs continually

I am having a problem with Check Page Cache Settings in the dashboard/welcome/health running continual (all the time). The version of concrete-cms is 9.3.2 with 10.5.15-MariaDB-cll-lve as the database engine. I tried to use clear processes in activity without success. My host provider stated there are too many db requests when running other tasks like reindex and I get an error that I can’t connect to db. Any ideas what would cause a problem for this to run continual? Any ideas how to trouble shoot?
Thanks for any help

Out of curiosity what are your global cache settings set to?

I’ve tried different settings without results.
These are the current settings;

# Concrete Cache Settings
Block Cache - On
Overrides Cache - On
Full Page Caching - On - If blocks on the particular page allow it.
Full Page Cache Lifetime - Only when manually removed or the cache is cleared.
