Concrete 8.5.5 Form setup

Bonjour a tous Quand quelqu’un valide mon formulaire le titre du mail comporte : "Website Form Submission"avant le titre définit.
Comment puis je suprimer cette mention?

j’ai aussi en tete du texte du mail recu:
There has been a submission of the form Inscription ecole through your concrete5 website
J’aimerai aussi eliminer cette mention

You need to copy the ‘concrete/mail/block_form_submission.php’ file to the ‘application/mail/’ folder and then modify it to suit your needs.

en effet dans ce fichier il restait encore du texte non traduit. J4ai corrigé cela pour la version 9.

The OP is using version 8.5.5 so this is not relevant.
