Concrete CMS Theme Implementation with Custom Blocktypes

We are seeking a skilled developer to implement a Concrete CMS theme (v9.4.+) with three distinct layouts and create between five to ten custom block types. The ideal candidate will have experience with Concrete CMS and a solid understanding of theme development und PHP 8.

At the moment we only need these 3 layouts as templates plus header, a navigation and footer with global areas.

Please provide us an insight into some of your code (theme/block).
