Concrete5 cms throws 500 error on accessing file autodiscover.xml

Concrete5 cms on azure throws 500 error on accessing file autodiscover.xml, I’m also, facing some file permission related issues causing 500, Kindly help please.

The concrete5 version we are using is 8.5.5 and PHP version is 7.4 , which is compatible.

What type of permission error? Are you able to explain the permission issue in detail? I’ll have and engineer take a look at this if we can get a little more detail. Thanks!
