Concretecms/bedrock update breaks the compiler

Hi, I have been loading up the old dev environment to build a theme.

The latest bedrock version does ask @import ‘./bootstrap-overrides’; (in _frontend.scss) but it is no more available in the repo itself. Any insights on this?
I know I can just create a file but maybe it was supposed to do something?

I have had the same error message after running an update using npm.

I think I have resolved it by downloading and installing a fresh version of Bedrock.
