I created a contact form (not legacy) to send enquiries from someone browsing to the client. On the surface, it looks like it works pefectly. However emails aren’t delivered, and the log reports:
“Block type requested required feature ‘feature/forms/frontend’ but it was not registered.”
I see the entry in the the Form Results area.
Any ideas what’s going on here and what can be done?

Hey!
The log says that the delivery was successful. Below is the content from what seems to be a 2-part log entry:

In dialogue with the webhost (Hostiso), I discovered that my mail is getting trapped in “black hole” because both the sending and receiving addresses are hosted locally, but the mail servers are not.
Clearly, I need to work with Hostiso to sort that out.
It looks like you’re running cPanel, so you should be able to log into that, go to the ’ Email Routing’ page, and then configure the setting there to ‘External’.
