Could the page on getting add-ons ready for 9.0 become part of the official documentation?

This page turned out to be hard to find unless you know some exact wording.

It would be nice if it would become an appendix page in the developer documentation, alongside all the older development migration pages.

The reason I ask is that I’m looking at some pre-9.0 add-ons that seem abandoned, aren’t version 9 ready, and could need some love.
