how to delete profile?

First, it took me days to post a question after registering to this forum. Then I asked a simple question about availability of bedrock/BS5 themes. No answers, the replies of forum moderators were unfounded. I finally found a theme using bs5 and tried to verify if bedrock is used. NO answer for weeks.
3 weeks ago I asked how to delete profile here. — unanswered — so that’s not possible?

What is going on? Very strange.

It’s been twelve day since I started to remove my profile with this link. I added my mail adress as required on Jira. I get “SUP-1xxx” on the dialog, then silence.
No mail, no Action, no nothing.

I wonder …

Looks like you’ve never responded to the confirmation email to verify your ownership of the account. Without that step, anyone could submit a request to delete anyone’s account.

Thanks for responding. I understand basic mail procedures. But when I enter my address I get to the following screen. see attached pic. No email is in my inbox neither in spam or elsewhere. The same happend wend when I tried to get on this forum. It took me weeks to post my initial question. I posted on jira another support message: SUP-1233

Hi Fred,

That is strange - I have been posting back to your tickets but for some reason you must not be receiving the email. Your email server may be blocking the notifications of my responses or something. It’s kind of funny because I know you have been opening multiple tickets to remove your profile, and I have been responding to them all but we never really get anywhere.

But! I can confirm ownership of the user from this post so I can proceed with that account deletion now. Thanks!
