Deleting drafts & trash items

How do I delete an unpublished draft which is now corrupt?

I would also like to clear the trash can.

How do I find these files in the system and execute these two actions without coding?

Go to the ‘dashboard/sitemap’ and choose the option for ‘Include System Pages in Sitemap’
