Determining what Add Ons are used on what pages

How do I determine what Add On are actively being used, and on what pages?

I am trying to update my Concrete5 version, and a few add-on are “listed as compatible with this version of Concrete5.”

If your add-on creates a block you can see where the block is being used by going to Extend Concrete, click Details by your add-on click on the Block Type, and then click on the blue “Usage Count on Active Pages” number
