I had a user who is asking how to upgrade a package.

I was going to direct him/her to documentation site and I’ve realized there is no page explaining how to upgrade a package :sweat_smile:

We should make one.

After a long years of handling package upgrade by myself, I didn’t realize that there is no official documentation about it.
