Error Code appearing when trying to set up / Install Concrete CMS

So we inputted all the correct information we were given by the person who set up the website and after multiple attempts we were given this error code. We tried different ways of inputting the information so we know there is no spelling errors. The IT person we’re working with also doesn’t know exactly what is happening [They are trouble shooting at this moment] so any information regarding what else it could be would be helpful.

ERROR 1044 Access denied for user to database

This error occurs when a MySQL user attempts to access a database but lacks the necessary privileges. The user can successfully authenticate with the MySQL server but doesn’t have permission to use the specified database.
You need to setup the privileges at the server for access to the database.
