Freelancer Needed to Create & Teach me how to add Blog Pages

Hello, my web developer did not create my News/Blog page by clicking on the “Blog Entry” button because he said he had a better way. Ha! Well I don’t use him for several reasons, and now I want to add New/Blogs on a regular basis but I cannot figure out how to add a blog on my theme.
So I would like to hire a Freelancer who create a new Blog Entry for me and walk me through it. Concrete 9.1.3
