How do I set up the calendar block?

Thank you as always for your advice.
I’m using ConcreteCMS 9.4.7.
I have a question about the calendar block.
In “Administrator” → “System and Settings” → “Calendar” → “Color Settings,” there is initially only one color, but when I created a new “topic” by going to “Attributes” → “Topics” → “Add Topic Tree,” it doesn’t appear in “Calendar” → “General Settings” and I can’t select it.
How can I get this reflected in the topic attributes?
