How to automatically change headlines in sidebar to other language

I am using Atomik, and Concrete CMS 9.5.1

In the sidebar of the blog entries there are a few blocks with the headlines “Next Article”, Previous Article" , “Share this Article” and “Topics”.

So far I have manually translated them to the Swedish correct names. But there must be a way to change this in the backend or on the server so it gets the Swedish names directly?

I am trying to understand how Concrete works, and I really like it. Easy to work with. But since so much seems to be hard coded it is difficult to find where to look.’

Yes, you can localize Concrete by going to System & Settings > Multilingual and downloading the appropriate locale.
