How to move blocks inside a stack?

I created a stack, and vertically added a long list of blocks. The blocks appear in the order that I created them. I want to rearrange one block. The blocks won’t move. There’s no way to rearrange the blocks. There’s nothing to click on that causes a block to move. Zooming in and out doesn’t provide a way to rearrange the blocks.

You need to go to ‘Dashboard → Stacks and Blocks’ and click on your stack to edit it and move the blocks.
