IIS and 9.1

Does Concrete CMS version 9.1 work with IIS? I saw in the documentation the following:
" Web Server

Concrete supports both Apache and Nginx web servers, and has been made to work with IIS in the past. Official support is for Apache and Nginx only."

I am currently using version 9.1 and IIS but when I go live the URLS are changing by themselves on the fly, breaking my site.

I would assume it doesn’t.

But because it’s not officially supported, even if you do get it working, you simply don’t know what compatibility issues might be lurking within lesser known functionality.
