Implementing a rewrite in Concrete5

Hello,

We’re experiencing an issue on our site related to a widget embedded on a page /music-festival/2024-lineup. When users click on any subpage, such as /music-festival/2024-lineup/123, the page initially loads fine. However, if the page is refreshed, we encounter a “Page Not Found” error. We believe this is happening because the subpage content is managed by the widget, not by a specific page in the CMS.

I’m new to using and navigating this CMS, so I’d appreciate any detailed guidance on how to fix this issue, such as your recommended approach to implementing a rewrite within Concrete5, etc.

Hello,
The widget you’re describing doesn’t seem to belong to the core so it could be anything.
Could you tell us more? What does the widget do? is it a block, an attribute, any information you coud provide?
