Importing Categories into a Topic Tree

Hey there folks! I am using version 9.2.8. When I create a topic tree, is there a way of importing the list of categories using a comma delimited file format? I have a topic list from a previous Word Press site I ran. I would like to import the topic list into my concrete site without manually typing in every category. Is this possible?

You can do it using CIF format (XML) and the migration tool.

If you are able to transform the CSV to CIF, should be pretty simple.
