Italian text in file manager - English UK selected

I have just installed V9.3.1 and set the language to English (United Kingdom) with the locale set to en-au.
In file manager the unique identifier text is showing in Italian.

Usare questo identificativo per lavorare con questo file a livello di codice o in un’operazione API REST.

I assume it’s a bug in the language file. Is there a quick way to fix this?

It’s Italian, and it’s my fault.

You can update the language files via the dashboard/system/basics/multilingual/update dashboard page.

That has sorted the description but the title is still Italian.
