Legacy Form 'Export to CSV' missing data

Hi, currently using Concrete version # concrete5 Version - 8.5.2.

We have a legacy form that has been collecting data. It has simple fields for name, email and then a checkbox option for signups where the customer can tick 0-4 of the possible options.

The issue we have is that when I export the data to CSV the option 4 information is missing from the CSV. When I view the entries in Concrete I can see that people have selected this option, but they are missing from the export for some reason.

Hi @Kieran0110,

Your best course of action here is likely to try to get the site to at least the latest v8 version, and preferably to the latest v9 version. It’s tough to troubleshoot older versions of major versions.
