Login issue - authenticate page not found after login

C8.5.12

I get a ‘page not found error’ when I enter my details in the admin login page.
Trying to find mydomain.com/concrete8/login/authenticate/concrete
Could do it yesterday.

Hi there,

One thing I can see if that you’re hosting your site in a subdirectory (concrete8) - if you can host it directly from your domain that’s always preferable.

That said, there are a couple of things to check:
1.) Do you need to add index.php to the URL? You might not have pretty URLs turned on.

2.) you might also check with your hosting provider to see if they can track down any configuration that might be causing a conflict.
