Migration Tool

I have a site on 8.5.4. I tried installing the correct migration tool for that core but it threw these errors (see screenshot)

I refreshed the ‘extend concrete 5’ page and it shows it as installed, but there is nothing showing when I go to dashboard, so it cant have installed correctly.

Before searching more deeply, may I suggest you to upgrade to 8.5.17 before trying to install the migration tool ?
v8.5.4 was released June 09 2020, more than 4 years ago.
