Navigation Bar

I am using the elemental theme and have added some pages but nothing is showing on Navigation bar. Navigation bar not even their ? How can I fix this please.

Have you put the site into edit mode and added an autonav block?

I would but dont know how to get it there. There are 3 blocks along top of page then the main block. I felt I was lucky to get it where i did ! Appreciate your time and help as just a beginner at this. Everything else has been really easy and I am happy with.Geoff. Australia.
